Account Manager (Confidential Projects)

Role Overview

• Manage a portfolio of high-value, confidential projects, working closely with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project solutions that align with client objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality adherence.

Core Duties

• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and provide timely updates.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate internal and external communications to ensure project success and alignment.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to mitigate any adverse impacts.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
