Role Overview

At BlueOx Credit Union, a division of Ignite Credit Union, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Member Experience Advisor to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing the overall member experience by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring members have a positive interaction with our credit union.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members through various channels including in-person, phone, and online interactions.
• Assist members with account inquiries, transaction processing, and product information.
• Resolve member complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Offer financial advice and guidance on products and services that meet the needs of our members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with financial products and services is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
