Role Overview
The Learning & Development Team at Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Trainer to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. This role will be instrumental in training and mentoring new service advisors while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and technical expertise are maintained across all East and West Coast markets.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing service advisors
- Evaluate and coach service advisor performance to ensure they meet company standards
- Create and maintain detailed training materials, including manuals and videos
- Stay updated with the latest automotive industry trends and technologies to enhance training content
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall training processes and outcomes
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Service Trainer who has a passion for automotive service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in an automotive service environment and proven success in training and coaching teams.
