Position Summary
Texas RioGrande Legal Aid (TRLA) seeks a Client and Office Support Specialist to support TRLA’s efforts in providing free legal services across various practice areas including Housing, Immigration, Public Benefits, Employment, and Family. This role is an in-person position at the Del Rio office location.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients by conducting intakes and triaging cases to appropriate staff members
- Assist with scheduling appointments for clients and staff
- Manage case files, ensuring accurate documentation and organization
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing documents and reports
- Maintain office operations by handling daily tasks such as answering phones, managing email, and coordinating office supplies
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient and effective client services
