About This Position
The Clinical Phone Support Specialist role at Lifelancer offers a unique opportunity to support customers in pre and post-implant scenarios without direct patient care. You will engage with the medical device industry, gain leadership skills, and access cutting-edge technology. This is a full-time, non-remote position based in Carlsbad, California.
Your Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and provide assistance with questions
- Gather information and transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed
- Report complaints while adhering to training protocols
- Log time and answer all assigned calls in a friendly manner
- Enter information into CRM tools and support customers effectively
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
