Position Summary
The Fiscal Services Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the fiscal services team. This role is full-time and based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Support budget preparation and management
- Process payments and invoices accurately
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain financial records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with accounting software preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in a fiscal or accounting role is beneficial but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
