Position Summary
We are seeking an Epic Training & Support Specialist to provide end-user support, workflow assistance, and training, particularly during go-lives, upgrades, and optimization efforts. This role provides frontline support and training to end users, working closely with analyst and build teams to relay real-world feedback.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide at-the-elbow support for clinicians and other end-users
- Offer workflow assistance during system upgrades and go-lives
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing users
- Collaborate with analyst and build teams to address user needs and feedback
- Ensure smooth operation of Epic systems through troubleshooting and problem-solving
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in providing training and support for healthcare information systems, preferably Epic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users at all levels
- Adeptness in identifying system issues and working collaboratively to resolve them
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and processes is beneficial
