Role Overview

We are seeking a client-focused Client Liaison Officer to own the end-to-end client experience, from first contact through onboarding and beyond. This role is the vital link between prospective and new clients and Sourcefin's internal teams, ensuring every client feels understood, supported, and set up for success.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new clients are well-informed about our services and products
• Provide exceptional client support throughout their relationship with Sourcefin
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the client base

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Experience in a customer service or similar role is preferred but not required
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
