Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members by answering inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist with member enrollment and benefit navigation
• Process claims and resolve member issues efficiently
• Stay updated on healthcare policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member satisfaction and service quality

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or related experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Prior experience with healthcare terminology and processes is preferred but not required
