Position Summary

Fullers360, a company with over 40 years of experience connecting Aucklanders and visitors to the Hauraki region, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic human resources support across various departments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Conduct recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent for the organization
• Provide guidance on employment law compliance and ensure all legal requirements are met
• Administer benefits programs and ensure their effectiveness in supporting employees
• Support managers with HR-related queries and provide advice on best practices

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality, transportation, or related industries is preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
