The Opportunity
In this 17-month secondment opportunity as a Senior HR Advisor at the Parliamentary Service in New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide), you will provide high-level, strategic and operational human resources advice across the Parliamentary Service and the Office of the Clerk. As a senior member of the HR Partnering and Advisory team, your role is pivotal in delivering a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused HR service while fostering leadership capability within the organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic human resources advice to senior management across the Parliamentary Service and Office of the Clerk.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices that align with organizational goals.
- Support the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused HR service by working closely with various stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
