Position Summary

This hands-on HR advisor role offers a unique opportunity to provide practical advice and support leaders while improving the employee experience across P R Auckland L T D’s diverse New Zealand and Australian workforce. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you will play a key part in enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic human resource initiatives.

<h2-Core Duties

• Provide generalist HR support, including employee relations (ER) and recruitment processes.
• Contribute to people projects that aim to improve overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Offer practical advice on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not strictly required.
• Proven experience as an HR advisor or similar role within the last 5 years.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations applicable to New Zealand and Australia.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues at all levels.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and people management is essential.
