The Opportunity

Join Regis Resources, an ASX 100-listed Australian gold producer with a market capitalisation of approximately $5 billion. As a Capability Advisor based in the Laverton, Wyndham, you will be part of a high-performing, industry-leading team that operates a large-scale portfolio of open pit and underground mines. Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of capability frameworks across the organisation
• Support the identification and prioritisation of key capabilities for strategic growth
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance organisational effectiveness
• Analyse data and provide insights to inform capability decisions
• Develop and maintain documentation related to capability management processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in capability management, business analysis, or a similar role within the mining industry
• Strong understanding of organisational development and change management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• A valid working visa for Australia is required
