Your Responsibilities Contribute to the development and implementation of capability frameworks across the organisation Support the identification and prioritisation of key capabilities for strategic growth Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance organisational effectiveness Analyse data and provide insights to inform capability decisions Develop and maintain documentation related to capability management processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in capability management, business analysis, or a similar role within the mining industry Strong understanding of organisational development and change management principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools A valid working visa for Australia is required About Regis Resources Regis Resources is a leading Australian gold producer, operating in the Laverton, Wyndham Area.
