What This Role Involves

The HR Advisor at Kraft Heinz in King Street is a pivotal role within our team. We are seeking an experienced professional to support leaders and employees across the site, contributing to the creation of a safe, respectful, high-performing workplace. The successful candidate will partner closely with our Senior HR Business Partner (Hawke’s Bay), Payroll, and our Global Business Services (GBS) team to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Support leaders and employees in creating a safe, respectful, high-performing workplace
• Participate in the development of HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals
• Collaborate closely with Senior HR Business Partner (Hawke’s Bay), Payroll, and GBS team members to ensure seamless operations
• Contribute to the delivery of a great employee experience through effective communication and engagement

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR with a focus on people management and development
• Strong understanding of employment laws, policies, and practices relevant to the New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide) market
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels within the organization
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences
