What This Role Involves
The position of Charter Service Rep (CSR) is intended to alleviate the workload of the crew by handling non-flying issues. CSRs are directly involved in communication with clients and Headquarters to ensure trip details are executed safely and efficiently. The CSR must focus on safety and security while working closely with private screeners.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Tending to non-flying issues during pre-flight, during flight, and post-flight phases
- Executing trip details safely and efficiently in collaboration with the crew
- Maintaining a focus on safety and security at all times
- Working closely with private screeners for enhanced coordination
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986
- PASS criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
- No specific certification required
- No valid/unexpired passport book requirement
- No valid/unexpired driver's license requirement
