The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Vice President of Human Resources (HR) at CLP Circular Services. As the VP HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives that support our mission to develop and operate circular economy infrastructure while being the largest private recycling company in the U.S.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent across all levels of the organization
- Design and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and improve organizational culture
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution processes
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the circular economy and waste management industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools
