What This Role Involves
The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with labor legislation and HR best practices. The role involves strategic and operational leadership in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and values
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Create and deliver training programs for employees
- Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution
- Support the CEO in strategic decision-making related to HR matters
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Experience with employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Familiarity with HR software and tools
