About This Position
The Customer Service Representative position at Colibrigroup is a support role for students and instructors. Reporting to the Site Manager, this role involves creating a point of contact for internal and external teams, supporting daily facility needs, identifying and solving procedural issues with the Site Manager, and providing exceptional customer service by being the face of the school and fostering a positive environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome all guests and check students in
- Assist students with scheduling
- Answer in-person inquiries about classes, testing, site information, state testing, etc., in a timely manner
- Respond to virtual student inquiries via chat support or phone support in a timely manner
- Accurately enter and manage student information
