About the Role

This position is an immediate start for a 2-month temporary assignment. As a Senior HR Officer, you will be integral to supporting large-scale operations within a highly regulated and fast-paced environment. The role involves managing various human resources functions while ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure their accuracy and up-to-date status
• Support the management team in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the essential services sector
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Adept in using HR management software and other relevant tools
