About This Position

We are hiring a full-time Campaign Organizer to begin by the end of August and continue through Election Day. The locations for this role include Scottsbluff, North Platte, Grand Island, Hastings, Alliance, Chadron, and Norfolk. This position is based in Hastings, Colorado, Nebraska.

Core Duties

• Coordinate and execute voter outreach campaigns across multiple counties
• Oversee the recruitment and training of volunteers for local events and canvassing efforts
• Manage communication strategies to engage with potential supporters through various channels
• Analyze data and provide insights to refine campaign strategies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operation and coordination of activities

What We're Looking For

• A proactive individual with a passion for community engagement and political advocacy
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in grassroots organizing or similar roles is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for campaign management
