Key Responsibilities

• Organize and mobilize volunteers for community events and voter registration drives.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage with constituents in key Congressional Districts.
• Collaborate with local partners and organizations to enhance campaign outreach efforts.
• Analyze data and feedback to refine campaign tactics and improve overall effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• A proven track record of successful community engagement and voter mobilization.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for campaign management is a plus.
