Campaign Organizer - Ottumwa, The Outreach Team, Rutledge, Iowa
Position Summary
We are hiring a full-time Campaign Organizer to begin by August 16th and continue through the end of the year. This position will cover various locations in Iowa including Waterloo, Mason City, Burlington, Dubuque, Oelwein, Maquoketa, Newton, Keokuk, Marshalltown, Muscatine, Ottumwa, Fort Dodge, and Sioux City.
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate community outreach efforts to support campaign goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and community leaders
- Plan and execute events and activities that promote the campaign message
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform campaign strategies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in community organizing, political campaigns, or related fields preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Aptitude for data analysis and strategic planning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
