Campaign Organizer | The Outreach Team | Oelwein, Iowa

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Organizer to join our team in Oelwein, Iowa. This full-time position will begin by August 16th and continue through the end of the year, with potential for expansion over the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage local campaign activities across multiple locations including Waterloo, Mason City, Burlington, Dubuque, Oelwein, Maquoketa, Newton, Keokuk, Marshalltown, Muscatine, Ottumwa, Fort Dodge, and Sioux City.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support the overall campaign goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and local organizations.
• Organize events, meetings, and other activities that promote the campaign’s message and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign organizing or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
• Ability to travel to various locations within the state of Iowa as required by the position.
