Role Overview

The Outreach Team is seeking a Campaign Organizer to join our team in Racine, Wisconsin. As part of the national engine of campaigners and organizers powering the progressive movement, you will be instrumental in running successful civic engagement campaigns focused on reproductive rights.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and activists to support grassroots organizing efforts.
• Develop and implement strategies for voter mobilization and registration drives.
• Organize events, rallies, and other public gatherings to raise awareness about reproductive rights issues.
• Collaborate with local organizations and partners to amplify the impact of campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• A track record of successful grassroots organizing or related experience in community engagement.
• Familiarity with voter registration and mobilization techniques.
• Experience working on reproductive rights issues is preferred but not required.
