About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Campaign Organizer to join our team in Norfolk, Nebraska. This position will be part of an expanding program that aims to engage community members around cost-of-living and affordability issues through grassroots outreach and engagement efforts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Organize and mobilize volunteers for local campaigns and events
• Develop and implement strategies to address electoral and community issues
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders and organizations
• Conduct outreach activities such as door-to-door visits, phone banking, and social media engagement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in grassroots organizing or community outreach preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Affinity for political and social issues, particularly cost-of-living and affordability concerns
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
