Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing support and development opportunities.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and service standards to maintain high levels of customer experience.
• Manage inventory and control costs by tracking usage and waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
