About the Role

As a key member of the Bio-Cosmetics Lab team, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, and driving efficiency within the manufacturing department.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the production area to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

What We're Looking For
