Dada Consultants, a Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)-headquartered executive search and one-stop HR solution firm with a strong footprint across APAC and North America, is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Managing Consultant to lead and scale a recruitment desk as part of our regional expansion. This role will be based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a recruitment desk effectively
• Recruit top talent for high-growth technology companies, multinational corporations, and emerging ventures
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of Dada Consultants

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in executive search or recruitment
• Proven track record in leading a successful recruitment team
• Strong understanding of the technology and/or HR landscape in APAC and North America
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
