The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity awaits at Coburg Olympic Swimming Pool and Coburg Leisure Centre in Coburg, VIC. As a Seasonal Outdoor Pool Team Leader with Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd, you will lead a team of dedicated staff to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, contributing significantly to the community's well-being.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your primary role will involve:

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensuring all pool operations comply with health and safety regulations
• Managing day-to-day activities, including scheduling and staff rotations
• Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities
• Handling emergency situations and reporting incidents to management

Requirements

• A proven track record in leadership within a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure
• Familiarity with pool safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A current driver’s license is required for this role
