<h2-Core Duties- Provide social work services to students, families, and staff within assigned schools
- Develop and implement individualized plans for student success
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support the overall well-being of students
- Facilitate communication between home and school to enhance student outcomes
- Conduct assessments and provide counseling services as needed
- Participate in district-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or School Social Worker (SSW) license required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with K-12 students and families
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Pediatric knowledge and understanding of school-based social work practices
- Ability to travel between multiple schools within the district as needed
