This position is a crucial part of our mission to provide compassionate and comprehensive care for patients and their families. As a Hospice Medical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, coordinating care plans, and ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention in their final stages of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the social, psychological, and environmental needs of patients and families

What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Licensed as a Medical Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Mississippi
- At least 1-3 years of experience working with hospice patients and their families
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- A compassionate and empathetic nature to support those facing end-of-life care challenges
