3B Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Travel Social Work - LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) for a 13-week assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

• Start Date: September 8, 2026
• Daily Schedule: 32 hours per week, evenings shift

Your Responsibilities

The role involves providing social work services to clients in a healthcare setting. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating client needs and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing counseling and support to patients and their families
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning
• Assisting in the management of patient records and documentation

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a dedicated LMSW who has:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Licensed as an LMSW in the state of Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in social work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to providing high-quality patient care
