What This Role Involves

• Solving problems and addressing concerns promptly

• Providing information about our building services and products
• Assisting with the coordination of client appointments and meetings

• Handling a high volume of customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintaining detailed records of interactions and resolutions

• Providing feedback on client satisfaction to improve services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not essential
