Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative will provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or customers/patients. This role involves contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (Sta…), and other related tasks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Interface with various customer organizations and payors to facilitate smooth operations
- Provide administrative support for the commercial activities, including data entry and documentation
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
