Our Customer Service Representatives are the primary point of contact between our company and its current and potential clients.

Core Duties

  • Accept ownership for effectively solving all customer issues, complaints, and inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Assist in the resolution of complex customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions for customers

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathy and compassion towards our clients’ needs
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient in using technology and software tools for customer interactions
