Position Summary
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors in our Phoenix office. This role is full-time and requires a commitment to providing exceptional service to our members through highly competitive products and trusted advice.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with financial transactions.
- Participate in a comprehensive, fully paid three-month training program that includes class discussions, hands-on training, and e-learning modules.
- Adopt a proactive and independent support style to effectively serve our membership.
- Work flexible schedules ranging from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm local time, including weekday hours after 6:00 pm with a shift differential of 15% and weekend work on Saturdays or Sundays.
