The Opportunity
Step into a high-impact leadership role as the Night Shift Service Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Renton, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-volume automotive shop and grow your career with a global leader in tire manufacturing.
- Lead a team of technicians and ensure efficient operations during evening and night shifts (4 PM - 10 PM).

Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive service manager or a related position.
- A strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct team members effectively.
- Experience with shop management software and tools.
