The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the route service department, including scheduling, dispatching, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and business growth.
• Supervise and train team members to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in management, preferably within a service or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
