Gateway Services is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Route Service Representative to join our team in North Las Vegas, Clark County. This position combines customer support with on-site service delivery, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with potential overtime as needed.
Role Overview
This customer-facing position delivers a unique blend of service—you'll engage directly with customers while handling operational support tasks that go beyond typical desk work or traditional driving routes. You're the bridge between our customers and our service delivery, ensuring both excellent communication and reliable on-site support.
What You'll Do
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Coordinate and execute service deliveries at customer locations
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and service interactions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Manage route scheduling and logistics for service visits
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations
