What You'll Do
In this role, you will provide critical support to our attorneys by assisting with complex property and development transactions and litigation. Your responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, closing documents, and pleadings; coordinating due diligence, title, and municipal records; and ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
