About the Role
BPM CPA is seeking a Fiduciary Accounting Supervisor to join our growing Fiduciary Accounting Services (FAS) practice. This role offers significant client interaction and exposure to complex trust and estate matters while providing opportunities for leadership in managing client engagements, reviewing staff work, and mentoring team members.
What You'll Do
- Manage client engagements and ensure compliance with fiduciary accounting standards.
- Review and approve the work of junior staff to maintain high-quality service delivery.

- Support the growth and expansion of the FAS practice through strategic planning and collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fiduciary accounting with a focus on trust and estate matters.
- Strong leadership skills, including team management and client relationship building.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance procedures.
- CPA or CFP certification preferred but not required.
