Position Summary
This is a launchpad role for an early-career accounting graduate who enjoys organization, numbers, and seeing how the work gets done. As a Project Coordinator at BPM Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for keeping our consulting engagements on track and ensuring they stay within budget. You'll manage project schedules, track milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify risks before they become issues. Additionally, you’ll assist in tracking consultant time, resourcing, and utilization across various engagements to ensure the delivery picture remains current. Your role will also involve supporting billing and finance by preparing and reviewing time-and-expense entries and assisting with invoicing.
