Position Summary
We're seeking a meticulous, well-organized Project Coordinator to join our Firewall Engineering organization. You'll coordinate hardware infrastructure implementation projects from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring each initiative stays on schedule and meets quality standards. Your attention to detail and project management skills will be critical to keeping our technical initiatives moving forward.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure hardware implementation projects across all phases, from planning to completion
- Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverable tracking
- Liaise between engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reporting
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
- Organize and lead project coordination meetings and checkpoints
Who We're Looking For
- Detail-oriented professional with strong organizational abilities
- Experience with hardware or infrastructure project coordination preferred
- Clear, effective communication skills in written and verbal formats
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with technical teams
