Position Summary
BPM CPA is seeking a Real Estate Appraisal Intern to join our Valuations team. This role offers hands-on experience supporting a broad range of commercial real estate and business valuation engagements. As part of the team, you will collaborate with Firm leaders and client teams to perform valuation analyses for gift and estate planning, financial reporting, and other related projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of real estate appraisals for various clients
- Conduct market research and analysis on commercial properties
- Support client teams by gathering data, preparing reports, and performing calculations
- Collaborate with Firm leaders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in real estate appraisal, finance, accounting, or related field
- Familiarity with real estate valuation principles and practices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
