About the Role

We are seeking a driven Real Estate Salesperson to join our fast-growing, high-energy team in Northwest Arkansas. As a key member of our sales force, you will represent residential buyers and sellers, manage leads, conduct showings and listing appointments, prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), write and negotiate offers, and guide clients from first consult through closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Representing residential buyers and sellers in the Fenton, Michigan area
• Managing leads and conducting showings and listing appointments
• Preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) for listings
• Writing and negotiating offers on behalf of clients
• Giving guidance to clients from first consult through closing

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for real estate sales. You should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong negotiation abilities. A valid real estate license is required, and experience in the field is preferred but not mandatory.
