Role Overview
Spyglass Realty, a leading brokerage in Austin and part of the 1 Zillow Flex Team with over 150 agents, is expanding. We are seeking hardworking and ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. As a full-time, on-site position, this role offers access to an abundance of leads through Zillow Flex Realtor.com and other sources.
Core Duties
- Handle a high volume of leads and inquiries from potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Market properties effectively through various channels, including online platforms and direct communication with clients.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for all transactions.
- Collaborate with other agents and support staff to achieve team goals.
