About This Position
Nova Estates is seeking motivated real estate agents to join the Kpachavi Team’s Zillow division across Southern California. As a member of this team, you will be part of an organization that has grown into a serious production-focused real estate operation with 60–70 agents in total and currently 38 agents operating within the Zillow team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of client service through effective communication, market analysis, and transaction management.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Utilize Zillow’s tools and platforms effectively for listing presentations, marketing strategies, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with other agents within the Kpachavi Team to achieve collective goals and maximize productivity.
Requirements
- A valid California real estate license is required.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent client service are essential.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to the team environment is necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and customer relationship management is preferred.
