The Opportunity

As an Estate Agent - Brighton at Purplebricks, you will be a trusted point of contact for vendors and buyers moving through every stage of a property transaction. The full-time position combines market insight with hands-on client care, giving you the chance to grow a strong instruction book, represent homes accurately, and deliver clear advice from first appraisal through to progression. You will collaborate with colleagues who value professionalism, accountability, and excellent service for every customer connected to the Brighton market and the Remote location.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property appraisals and supply realistic, evidence-based guidance to owners considering a sale
• Prepare accurate sales particulars and promote available homes across relevant marketing channels
• Arrange, host, and follow up on viewings for interested buyers
• Negotiate offers constructively and keep all parties informed as deals progress
• Maintain clean records of listings, enquiries, pipeline stages, and key dates
• Develop productive relationships with vendors, purchasers, conveyancers, and other local contacts
• Stay current with pricing patterns, demand, and presentation standards relevant to the Brighton area
• Work towards agreed activity and instruction targets while protecting high standards of service
