About This Position
The Front Desk Agent position at B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, a subsidiary of the largest private real estate company in the Washington, D.C. area, is an integral part of our team. With over 130 years of experience and a portfolio of more than 20 business class hotels, including top brands from Intercontinental Hotel Groups, Marriott International, Hilton, and Best Western Hotels: along with The Watermark Hotel, The Hay-Adams Hotel, and Perch Putt, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. This full-time position requires flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through creative solutions
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately <li-Assist guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Ensure high standards of quality to guarantee guest satisfaction
